About QuailPark

On November 9, 1993, the first neighbors of Quail Park met to begin an Association. This group of 25 new neighbors came together to build not just tracts of land with houses and homeowners but a neighborhood that would create lasting friendships and a feeling of community. Having the foresight that someday Quail Park would quadruple in size, this small group of members provided a foundation for which Quail Park members are grateful today. The groundwork of these early trailblazers initiated social events such as the annual Holiday Party and Fall neighborhood picnic that remain today

The Quail Park entrance has been cared for over the years by residents.  It was in 1994 that the Quail Park stone sign at the 42nd  street entrance was designed and built. As Quail Park expanded, signs were added at the Quail Park Drive, South 43rd Street, and Oakwood Lane entrances. The beautification of Quail Park has been a long-lasting endeavor.

The beauty of the Quail Park neighborhood has flourished through the years with its maturing trees, never-ending wildlife, and the welcoming ambiance of the people who live here.
